Shipping policy
ThermoTech Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Time
All ThermoTech orders are delivered using Aramex Store-to-Door. Orders are estimated to arrive within 8–11 business days after dispatch.
2. Processing
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment after payment has been successfully received. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
3. Delivery Areas
We deliver across South Africa. Deliveries to remote or regional areas may take longer than the estimated delivery period.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available. Customers can use the tracking number to monitor their delivery.
5. Delivery Delays
The 8–11 business day period is an estimated delivery timeframe and not an absolute guarantee. Delays may occur due to courier operations, adverse weather, remote-area delivery, public holidays, strikes, unforeseen events, or circumstances beyond ThermoTech's reasonable control.
6. Courier Delays
ThermoTech is not responsible for delays caused by Aramex or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, provided that ThermoTech has taken reasonable steps to arrange and facilitate delivery.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Additional delivery charges or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be the customer's responsibility where legally permitted.
8. Missed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available to receive the order, the courier may arrange another delivery attempt or follow its applicable procedures.
9. Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please photograph the packaging and product and contact ThermoTech as soon as possible.
10. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact ThermoTech with your order number and tracking information so that we can assist with the courier.
11. Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or removes any rights provided to consumers under applicable South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Where mandatory consumer rights apply, those rights will prevail over this policy.
